Staff Instructions
- Drop the caregiver photo into the upload box.
- Look at the TeleTrack Circle Preview.
- If needed, adjust Zoom or Position slightly.
- Click Download formatted photo.
- Upload that downloaded JPG into TeleTrack.
If a file will not read
- If it is a PDF, screenshot the photo first.
- If it is an iPhone HEIC and fails, use Share → Save Image or screenshot it.
- If it came from a text/email attachment, save it to Photos first, then upload.
A browser tool cannot read every possible file type. The safest staff process is: use an actual photo image, not a PDF, Word doc, webpage screenshot with lots of white space, or unsupported attachment.
